3. Conclusion of Contract
The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but an invitation to place an order.
By clicking the button “Buy now”, you submit a binding offer to purchase the goods in your shopping cart. We confirm receipt of your order by email. The contract is concluded upon our acceptance of the order.

4. Prices and Payment
All prices are stated in EUR and include statutory VAT, unless otherwise indicated. Shipping costs and taxes if applicable are displayed separately. We accept the following payment methods: Credit Cards, EPS, SEPA, Klarna, PayPal

5. Delivery
Delivery is made to the address specified by the customer. Estimated delivery times are indicated on the product page. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping providers.

6. Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal as described in the Withdrawal Policy below.

7. Retention of Title
The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.

8. Warranty
Statutory warranty rights apply.

9. Liability
We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence. For slight negligence, we are only liable for breach of essential contractual obligations.

10. Governing Law
Austrian law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.

11. Dispute Resolution

We are not obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

Withdrawal Policy

Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you (who is not the carrier) takes possession of the goods.

by means of a clear statement (e.g., email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.

Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, excluding delivery costs and except additional costs arising from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us.

We will carry out such reimbursement without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we are informed about your decision to withdraw. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods.

You must return the goods without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you inform us of your withdrawal. You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Shipping Terms

We ship from Austria to all EU member states, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland and overseas. In case your country is not listed below, delivery is on request).

Max. quantity each order: 1 pcs, B2C only

Whilst your order is being prepared for dispatch, you will receive an email notification with instructions on how to track you order.

Shipping Method: Insured small parcel
Processing Time: Orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation
Delivery Time: Estimated 3–10 business days depending on destination

Delivery packaging

All products are carefully packed and generally go out in a postal box, however we may vary the packaging dependant on weight and value of the products purchased. The majority of our transit packaging can be recycled.

What if the delivery packaging is damaged?

If the item is wrong or damaged, you should not accept or sign for the delivery and you should instruct the courier initiate a damage report. We cannot accept any liability for loss once a package has been accepted by any person at the delivery address.

Customs & Duties

For deliveries to the United Kingdom and Switzerland, import duties, taxes, and customs fees may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Returns

Returns are accepted but are not free of charge. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless otherwise required by law.

Liability

We are liable for loss or damage only up to the insured value of order of EUR 350,00. Claims must be reported in writing within 7 days of delivery.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information. We are not liable for delays or losses resulting from incorrect addresses.
