COPYRIGHT AND EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY

1. Content of the online offer

The authors do not assume any guarantee for the current nature, accuracy, completeness, or quality of the information provided. Liability claims against the authors relating to damage or loss of a material or non-material nature, resulting from the use or non-use of the information provided and/or from the use or incorrect and incomplete information, shall be excluded as a matter of principle, insofar as no demonstrably intentional or grossly negligent fault on the part of the authors is present. All offers are subject to alteration and non-binding. The authors expressly reserve the right to modify, supplement, or delete parts of the pages or the entire offer without separate notification, or to discontinue publication temporarily or definitively.

For direct or indirect references to third-party websites (“links”) that are outside the authors’ area of responsibility, a liability obligation would only enter into force in the event that the authors were aware of the content and that it was technically possible and reasonable for them to prevent use in the case of illegal content. Consequently, the authors expressly declare that, at the time of linking, the corresponding linked pages were free from illegal content.
